Acceptance

By using Converso Energy's website or services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or request services.

Services & licensing

Converso Energy is a Nevada-licensed electrical contractor (NV C-2 #0092868). All work is performed in accordance with the 2023 NEC and Clark County code. Quotes are estimates based on the information provided and may be revised after on-site assessment.

Payments & deposits

Deposits, milestone payments, and final balances are described in your written proposal. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. Refunds are governed by your signed proposal and applicable Nevada consumer-protection law.

Warranty

Workmanship is warranted as described in your signed proposal. Equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We will help you submit manufacturer claims when needed.

Site content

Content on this site (text, images, logos) is owned by Converso Energy or licensed to us. You may not copy or redistribute site content without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by Nevada law, Converso Energy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Venue: Clark County, Nevada.
